"My name is Dr. Diane Marshall, retired Supervisor of the Non-Receipt Payments section of the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service, where I was employed for years. I was responsible for leading and managing organizational change, planning and managing organizational performance, setting standards of integrity, accountability, and recognition for contributions. I was also responsible for adhering to the organization's mission by managing a workplace that fostered an environment of high productivity and morale, characterized by teamwork, open communication, creativity and maximized employee potential.
I attended American Intercontinental University, where I obtained my bachelor's and Masters's Degrees both in project management. I am also a Ministry Director, for the young ladies mentoring program. I currently serve on the Community Advisory Board as President, to assist in educating individuals who live in the community to understand and connect to the needs of the community. I am also a mentor assisting women who were incarcerated, transition smoothly back into society. I collaborate with the executive board of the American Baptist Women Association to intercede in connecting young ladies from the streets to the church. I enjoy positively encouraging individuals in their personal and professional life. I enjoy speaking the word of God and applying it to my life, and showing others how to apply it to their life. I also enjoy encouraging people to achieve their goals, as I have encouraged myself."
