A Message From the Director
A Message From the Director

"My name is Dr. Diane Marshall, retired Supervisor of the Non-Receipt Payments section of the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Fiscal Service, where I was employed for years. I was responsible for leading and managing organizational change, planning and managing organizational performance, setting standards of integrity, accountability, and recognition for contributions. I was also responsible for adhering to the organization's mission by managing a workplace that fostered an environment of high productivity and morale, characterized by teamwork, open communication, creativity and maximized employee potential.
I attended American Intercontinental University, where I obtained my bachelor's and Masters's Degrees both in project management. I graduated from Walden University online Doctorate Program with a Doctor of Business Administration degree focused on leadership. I have also received my Christian Workers Certificate from Manna Bible Institute, where I studied for two years. I am a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Walden University Chapter, which is the nation's largest leadership honor society. I completed the program, received a leadership certificate, and I am now placed among the top student leaders at Walden University and across the country. I am also the recipient of a Community Service award received from the Guardian Civic League, a Community Service award received from Delco Council #3 Royal and Select Masters, and a Community Service award received from the Calvary Chapel Word of Life church.
I am the Director and Founder of M.A.T.U.R.E. (Making Advancements Towards Unity Respect and Empowerment) mentoring program, specified for young ladies between the ages of 9-17, in which I assist in academic, emotional, spiritual, and physical growth. I am also a Ministry Director, for the young ladies mentoring program. I currently serve on the Community Advisory Board as President, to assist in educating individuals who live in the community to understand and connect to the needs of the community. I am also a mentor assisting women who were incarcerated, transition smoothly back into society. I collaborate with the executive board of the American Baptist Women Association to intercede in connecting young ladies from the streets to the church. In addition, I mentor current DBA students who are working through their dissertation process with editing, grammar, and emotional support. I currently work as a substitute support teacher for grades k-12
I enjoy positively encouraging individuals in their personal and professional life. I enjoy speaking the word of God and applying it to my life, and showing others how to apply it to their life. I also enjoy encouraging people to achieve their goals, as I have encouraged myself."
